Yes, TBT is exclusive to this forum. You can use them to reserve Snake according to my reservation rules listed on the front page/post of this thread. Other than that, Snake would be free.

Anyway... if I got it correctly, if I reserve him do I get more chances to get him? Or the reservations are for before the villager moves to your town?
If reserving him gives me more chances, count me in XD Also, i don't mind giving up to 1m IGB for him ^^

Reserving will guarantee you that villager as long as you pick him up within the reserved time frame and have room for him. The reservation is paid in advance. Once he is ready to move, I'll contact you and the reserved time begins. Other than the cost for reservation, Snake is free. It is 20 TBT for 24 hours or 10 TBT for 12 hours.

I hope that clarifies the process.
If you would like to reserve him, simply send the TBT according to the reservation time of your choice and I'll set it up.
In the mean time, I'll keep you on as a lurker.
