villagers arent moving in?

im at the point of the game where you need to build the interior and exterior items for your 3 new villagers

i did, and everything is complete, but two of them arent moving in...i even tt over a month and they still have yet to show up...any ideas?

Mine moved in one at a time, so maybe that is the problem? Also, are you sure you completed the houses? Just to be sure
