Villager suggestions please?

I have been working on my new town and resetting for quite some time. I had settled on a line-up but now I'm not so sure if it's the line-up I want.

I have quite a few villagers in mind and here are the list of the ones I am thinking of having. I want to have a very even line-up so I'm thinking one of each personality, as well as an extra of two personalities, or an extra two of one personality. My favourites are normals.

My town theme will have a backing story, and this is the one I created:

Avalon is the Mayor who took reign by default. The town was scary and dull and the Mayor was scared. Her villagers helped her after discovering that the mayor loved coffee. The mayor realised that her villagers were the key to happiness and as a result Cape May caf? was created so the whole town could enjoy the mayor's passion. As the Mayor was filled with happiness so was the town. The villagers became more cute and more beautiful as the town progressed and cute, bright colours filled the town with glee. The villagers were magical and were the key to joy. Everyone in Cape May was happy and the town's reputation had changed.
Not a shimmer of sorrow was left in Cape May as the power combined of the Mayor and her residents was unbeatable.



My villager ideas are:

Normal (maximum of three in town): Fauna (definite), Vesta, Merengue, Lolly, Flurry, Nana, Skye

Lazy: Beau, Lucky, Stitches, Filbert

Smug: Marshal (definite)

Uchi: Mira (definite)

Cranky: Wolfgang, Fang, Chief

Peppy: Chrissy (definite)

Snooty: Francine (definite)

I don't want a jock as they irritate me, aha.

Please explain why you have chosen the villagers you have in your recommendation. Thank you!

I'd also appreciate some nice path QR code recommendation as well as some cute wallpaper QR codes. I'd like the paths to be natural looking.

I'd say Skye as one of your normals (who I share your love for, btw - I currently have 5 normals)

And Beau as your lazy, since he goes well with Fauna.

For the normals Id get lolly and Skye because lolly reminds me of my old cat and Skye because she looks awesome

Fir the lazys id get filbert - I had him in my town and he was such an awesome camp little squirrel

For the cranky id get Wolfgang cuz he's a dreamie so I'm biased

Those were terrible reasons but I hope I helped... Probably didn't though

Good point! In my old town, Beau moved in and I didn't plot reset, He moved right next to Fauna!

I had Skye and loved her. Most of the villagers I have suggested I have had before, apart from Wolfgang, Filbert, Nana (had her for about a day), and Flurry :3

The idea of skipping a Jock would irritate me more quite frankly.. I love the diversity that all of the personalities offer

If you were to ever consider a Jock.. Rod & Poncho are great choices <3

Besides that, Skye is absolutely the best Normal out of your list (except Fauna)

Filbert and Stitches work well as lazies (Stitches in particular with your theme) .. But I also love villagers like Joey and Ozzie

As for a cranky.. It's gotta be Chief

I have decided to go with a more neutral, less colourful theme to go with the overall look I want for my town.

I'm thinking browns, whites, creams, etc

So I'm thinking:

Normals: Fauna, Vesta, Lolly (doesn't match but I need her for survival)
Lazy: Beau
uchi: Hazel or Deirdre
smug: Marshal
snooty: Diana or Whitney
jock: Bill
peppy: Felicity
