In my old town it was Apple and Simon. They were right next to each other and always talked abut one other. A little while after Simon moved out, Apple followed.

Willow and Grizzly They walk all the way across town to hang out
Beau and Shari They've been 'together' over a year and throw eachother birthday parties. They take daily walks and never shut up about each other.
Bob and Bunnie are really close friends but I'm sure I'd consider them a "couple" yet!
