Villager Never Existed?

I realized this a while ago but I was too lazy to post a thread.
So the first villager to ever move out of my town was Goldie. She was in boxes during an event, I think a bug-off.
She shouls be in my main street now, but I never seen her or atleast don't remember seeing her?
Has this happened to anyone else?? :9

Have any other villagers moved out? after too many move out, the oldest one will go.

Usually two or three other villagers have to leave my town before that villager ends up on my main street.

I have found event days as move out days tend to be glitchy, I lost Marshal on one when it was a pecan first they kept switching when I didn't save if bug off had started...I have a fishing tourney and a bug off coming in two towns but am not moving anyone out right now luckily just looking for one before last personal town for dreams.

There's 2 villagers that I've voided that never showed up on my main street. One is bluebear. She was accidentally voided and I was hoping I would at least get to see her on main street. :T

Sometimes they show up; sometimes they don't.
