Villager Flowers for their Houses!

Since I've been doing lots of hybrid breeding lately, I thought it would be cute to use them to decorate villager houses with! Here's what I came up with:

Erik: black tulips and red pansies
Chief: Whte cosmos and orange lilies
Rosie: White lilies and blue pansies
Diana: Pink cosmos and white pansies
Muffy: purple pansies and black roses
Kitt: yellow lilies and orange cosmos
Jay: Blue liliesand red cosmos
Lobo: White cosmos and blue lilies

Yay! And I do it based on character colour, so it looks coordinated when they come out of their house

OMG that would work great! My current favourite is Diana and Muffy's, I especially like the black roses for Muffy's because it fits her Lolita goth theme do you have a favourite combo?

Do you mean making gardens for them outside their homes? I do that too! I tend to pick flowers based on what they or their houses look like or just flowers that remind me of them. It's annoying to keep them looking neat though, since villagers will often plant more flowers next to those and soon you'll have a huge flower field. If there's room for flowers to be planted, maybe you could use some patterns to line the gardens so they won't do that.

That's really cute. I do mine based on personality (sometimes villager color) and house location lol. Most of my boys have yellow roses because there aren't any others lol

Chevre: Pink roses
Molly: Pink roses
Muffy: Black roses
Sprinkle: Purple roses (my favorite gets my favorite color lol)
Rosie: Blue roses
Beau: Yellow roses
Fang: Yellow roses
Pietro: Yellow roses
Kid Cat: Red roses
Ankha: none (desert area)

i do this as well, but only one type of flower per house, should probably switch it so there's two to each~
here are the flowers i've used!
fang- black roses
beau-purple roses
molly- pink roses
chrissy- white roses
francine- gold roses (fit her house and personality so well)
mint- pink lilies
poppy- red lilies
whitney- yellow tulips
rudy- blue violets

the flowers usually match their personality- like the pink roses for molly, she's so sweet and lovely so i felt like those would fit her well. they also match her house exterior nicely! i love gold roses for francine, i think that they match her snooty personality well, and they look nice with her house exterior. great to know that others do this as well!

I've made little yards for each house out of bush starts... some are bigger than others, but usually I go by color scheme of the villager so you know who lives there and whose yard it is

Lopez- Blue Hydrangea, Bamboo, Yellow Cosmos
Celia- White Azalea, white cosmos/purple pansy, white tulip/purple rose
Timbra- Yellow Hibiscus, Checkerboard orange cosmo/tulip
Tangy- sweet olive, Rows of orange lilies and Roses, but might add yellow cosmos too (fav flower)
O'Hare- Both Hibiscuses, all colors of each flower except black (but two surrounding his door) for a tropical look
Poncho- Blue Hydrangea, checkerboard blue pansy/rose and lots of apple trees
Renee- Pink Azalea/Hydrangea, checkerboard cosmo/tulip, carnation/tulip, carnation/violet all pink/purple
Knox- Yellow Hibiscus, an american flag made of red/white/blue roses
Drago- Hollies, white lilies and red carnations
Molly- yellow tulip with pink rose pattern and some mushrooms because they were exact same color as her

I just fill my Re-Tail with flowers and let them buy whatever they gravitate toward. It's probably completely random, but yeah. I love filling villagers' houses with flowers.
