Buying Very large quantity of bamboo!

I'm landscaping my town at the moment and need at least 40 pieces of bamboo. I willing to pay 1 million bells per every 10 pieces of bamboo. Also I would prefer to buy in bulk since it's easier! If you happen to sell me all 40 (or more) at one time I can definitely give you a huge bonus of a couple million bells
