...Very irritated at the moment

So, earlier today I really wanted to do some wifi matches on Pokemon x, only to discover my Internet settings got screwed up so the game never updated, preventing me from being able to connect to the Internet. So, I turn to the eShop to do the update, turns out I need to do a system update... I finish the update and then go to update my game in order to do online battles. Apparently eShop is under maintenance in my region? I haven't been able to connect all day. So no online battles for Pokemon X. So I figure "That's okay I guess... I have Pokemon Black 2." So I go and get the game out. Everything is going fine, I do a battle but lose the first one... I am then determined to try again so I can win!! So I start another battle of course. The new person forces me to wait the entire minute to pick their team... I figure, "okay, maybe they were just having problems deciding." The match begins, and they send out a snorlax. I choose my move, and I wait. And I wait. AND I WAIT. 5 minutes pass, and I finally lose my patience. I am stuck and forced to turn off the game. I know this will make it so I won't be able to play for an hour afterward, but I figure I can just come back MUCH later and the server will have already begun the countdown. Wrong. So my day is coming to a close but I decide to do some more wifi battles. I try to update Pokemon x, and the eShop is still down. Try Pokemon Black 2. Only to find out that the one hour countdown doesn't begin until you start the game up again!!!! Very annoyed now. I tried to do this on Pokemon Pearl, but I wasn't sure if you could just do random matches. I tried a wifi thing but all it does is say there was an error with Nintendo WFC for some reason Anyone else have similar frustrations and why is the eShop down? I am on the East Coast of the USA, in case that matters...

Hey . Not everyone who cloned is bad. Did it back in Emerald... not anymore though. Not worth the hassle. But I do agree about people who don't bother to raise their own stuff. Too many people want something for nothing these days.

Cloners have wrecked the trading community almost completely in X/Y. Once again, nintendo's inability to stop people from cheating in pokemon glares at us like the sun from space. Almost no one trades for anything less then perfect pokemon now because of the damn cloners. Gotta be perfect AND shiny now too.

Yeah I am a lot more of a casual pokemon player... I don't think it is worth the time and work to get pokemon with perfect IVs and EVs, I just battle and battle, mostly lose, but here and there I get a win. Still enjoyable to play 6-7 matches at a time and losing most almost all of the time Idk why... I just hate sweepers lol. My team isn't built competitively but meh. Mostly to get through the main game, and that it works just fine for.
