Ut oh... I must of had a really rough night

So yeah... I have night terrors and sometimes I sleepwalk (I dont sleepwalk as much anymore, now i just have terrors all night). I never remember it the next day. I usually just get up screaming in the middle of the night. My eyes will be wide open and i'll be really nasty to anyone who talks to me during it. And I never ever remember it the next day. My girlfriend is pretty used to it after sharing a bed for the last year and a half.

Anyways, I woke up this morning, went the bathroom and then came onto AC. I then went on my break from the Treasure Hunt and went up to my girl's work to say hi, get her lunch and put a couple checks into the bank. And when I get there she says "Did someone punch you in the eye?" I was like... uhh no? Why? And she hands me a mirror, and I have a huge black eye. My eye is nearly swollen shut (Good thing its my bad eye). Blood vessels are all busted and everything. And I have NO idea how it got there. And because I was half asleep when she left for work this morning, she never noticed. Anyways I am totally baffled. She said I had like 4 terrors last night, and she said they were pretty bad. But never saw me hit my eye on anything. I asked her if she punched me while I was sleeping, she insists she didnt. Anyways, I just wanted to share my little story with everyone =)

This is the 2nd time I've gotten a black eye in my sleep. one was a few years ago on my birthday, or the day before. My entire face was bruised by my eye. It looked like I got into a serious fight. And every girl i ran into that day was hitting on me because I looked like some tough macho man. I told everyone "You see what happened to me? Just imagine what I did to the other guy" In reality it was an ex girlfriend of mine who knocked me in the face with her elbow while we were sleeping.

I think the scariest thing i've done in my sleep would be when sleepwalking. I ended up outside on a dock before. i've been in the woods and woken up. That was really intense

Yes, my old house when I lived with my parents (At dad's house) had a 21 acre forest and a 5 acre lake. I found myself on the dock. Wondering how i got there. It wasnt very deep at the end of the dock, but yeah good thing I didnt fall in. Who knows what would of happened

Your girlfriend must fall asleep easy because I would never be able to sleep next to someone having terrors at night. That stinks that you have a black eye though, hopefully it will go away in a week or so. I have talked in my sleep before, but I don't really do it anymore.

She wakes up at the slightest movement usually. So she hardly gets any sleep when next to me.

Yeah but it doesnt really bug me. But I need to get a sleep study done. Because I cant be doin this as often. I probably have a couple night terrors every week. Sometimes 4-5 in a night.
