I want to make a villager vanish from my island and not accidently end up in some one else's MoveInAnimal queue. How do I make this happen? I am fine with other villagers there just not this one.
to my knowledge once a villager is in the void, they're in the void and anybody who visits your island can potentially pick them up. as far as I'm aware the only way to stop that happening is for someone to adopt the villager
Don't ever let anybody else visit your island. That's the only practical way at the moment.
But, why would you worry about what your villager does after they move off of your island? It is like you are held personally responsible for it in any way. They mention where they move from once, have gifts from you, and maybe have some custom designs in their wardrobe, but that's it.

Probably because 90% or more of the void is filled with unwanted villagers. I'd rather take my luck with an RNG move-in than to be forced with a voided villager.
