User Title Color Change

Sorry if this has been asked before but the search is down so I'm just going to ask. I bought a User Title Color Change and I'm trying to type in a hex code but past the # symbol the letters I type in just...don't appear. I don't want to save and come back cause I've heard you can only change it once per purchase and I don't know if it will get wasted. I've refreshed a billion times, too. Is the egg event messing with it? Or is there something I can do to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Aw I tried to just type it in and save it even though it was invisible and it got wasted :c that's really upsetting

Same thing happened to me. I asked Tina and she said you have to buy a new one.

Yes I know that, I tried typing in a hex color and no text was appearing in the box.
