That's right you read it right! This is a shop for obscure services that would be nice to have at a very accessible hub AND now that I have a little bit of holiday time, extensive open hours.
Here are the services I am offering:
Change the shirt of my villager: How annoying is it when you don't like to design of your villager or you just got a dreamie, but they weren't original? Or maybe you want all your villagers in the same thing for uniform! Even when you mail them shirts, they usually just get added to their houses BUT when it comes from a visitor, they will always wear it! This service comes with the shirt that you want (if it is in my catalog)
Cost: 2 tbt per villager
Save them from the void!: No one took your villager when they were/are in boxes? Don't worry! They can still find a loving home in my second town Patna, I will always have a plot open (cycle out villagers that aren't other peoples) If I end up with a town full of other villagers, my other town will take them instead. I promise to take good care of them! Even if they already left, they will be in the void for a few days and will move to a town with a free spot if I visit the town. You can visit your old villagers any time.
Cost: 5 tbt per villager (higher price due to having to make room and keep them

Meticulous landscaping advice/help/feedback: You have a theme in mind but feeling unsure about the execution? Share your fc or dc and I will visit and give you a very detailed feedback report (right down to the tree coordination on the beach) and some advice. I can also come around and spend some quality time helping you re-organise things.
Cost: 10 tbt (time consuming)
Nooks homes exteriors!: Looking for a specific exterior? Look no longer! I will open up both of my towns for you to visit and can go to a max of 3 days of nooks homes to give you the best chance possible of finding that exterior. Free bells to buy any pieces for it come with the package.
Cost: 10 tbt (time travel)
Main street shopping: Need to let loose and go shopping? You have 2 mainstreets to visit with unlimited time and free bells to spend with the package from myself.
Cost: 5 tbt
Earning at Tortimers island: Wanting to buy the mermaid set or a wetsuit or simply want to play at tortimers island? Well I am very happy to spend a while helping you in those mini-games to help you reach your goal!
Cost: 7 tbt
The perfect party: Villager having a party? I will come with a couple of gifts that they will love (based on online guides) and attend for a while. This service comes with free gifts that will be mailed to your mayor.
Cost: 2 tbt
Hold my items!: resetting your town? Well now you can put as many bells or items into my town until you have reset to your hearts contrnt to get that town you were looking for and pickup your items again anytime.
Cost: 10 tbt
Hold my villager!: unexpectedly a favourite villager is in boxes or your resetting but must have your villager? Not to worry! I can hold your villager for as long as you want and have them in boxes for you again within seconds
Cost: 15 tbt
