Updated DA: PWPs suggestions?

Hi I've just updated my Dream address, and although there are some parts of my town I really like, others need to be redesigned but I'm really crap at planning the space.

I need to re-do the area in front of townhall and the train station, and I will need to destroy some PWPs as I'm near the 30 limit but I want the tire bench, water pump, zen garden, zen bell and a few others when they get unlocked.

If you have a few minutes to spare, I would appreciate suggestions on what to do in front of train station and town hall.

I have my mayor and 2 residents and I'm running out of space for qr codes, so bear that in mind. Thank you

Going for a Japan motif I see. It would kind of seem you want to keep along that same thing, so I say do the Zen bell near the entrance, and do something like the Zen garden near town hall. Or, you could do a couple Zen lights leading to town hall. Overall, I really like your town, the paths were great too, so I gave it a positive after waking up.
