Unsatisfied Villagers and my short list of projects

Currently I dislike my town, though well taken care of and loved my Tree has shrunk size, my villagers unsatisfied by the amount of projects yet no one mentions or asks me to add one to the list despite me talking to everyone daily.
I do time travel a lot but I do not feel it's causing my Tree to shrink.
Does anyone else face these issues?

Also upon finding how to get the golden watering can, my environment is not an option when I talk to Isabelle.

My Tree got as big as it is in my picture and is now smaller.

Firstly, search for that reset trick for Public works that require swimming. As soon as more PWP are built, believe me- your residents will like where they're living. Unsure about the tree shrinking; many time travellers here, & I do not recall a side effect of the Town Tree being affected at all.

Once, Lucky mentioned that the town tree grows with history. Did any of your villagers move out recently? When they move in, they're added to the "history" and get removed when they move out. So maybe one of your villagers moved out and the tree shrunk because it didn't have enough history to be as large as it was?

The town tree doesn't grow based on your villagers happiness; it's size is determined by two factors that are both directly influenced by how long you have been playing the game. Each stage of growth takes place after:

• 5 days and 5 hours
• 20 days and 20 hours
• 50 days and 50 hours
• 100 days and 100 hours
• 180 days and 180 hours
• 300 days and 300 hours
• 500 days and 500 hours

I have had a few villagers come and go, I want to say about four move outs and five move ins. My current time in AC is March of 2014, my tree grew giant at one point with about five or six bushels on it, before winter it went down to three and now it only has two after winter. Does the tree grow with the season?

That could explain why, I have time traveled a lot, five to six times a day depending on when I can play (full time job) I suppose the play hours are effecting it so.
I spend about an hour total on each day.

So today in my town was the Spring Festival and I noticed something about my Tree! It has green leafs at the base and is beginning to grow more bushels! Seems to be the season?

I also was having issues replying with quotes on my iPod earlier, sorry to any inconvenience I caused to anyone. ^^
