I'm pretty sure her catchphrase will reset when you invite her (or if not you might be able to do it through Isabelle), but full disclosure, her current one is "barf"

I've also heard starter houses will reset to their original house, but that clothes will not reset. She has a few clothes, most of them look fine, the weirdest one is probably green farmer overalls but I haven't seen her wear it in a long time. No she does not actually own a pair of boxers

If none of this deters you I'm happy to let her go to a home
