You must have a 100 percent rating on your Mayoral Permit in order to start building Public Works Projects (abbreviated to: PWP) and Ordinances.
I can't check how many visits I got! D:
In order for you to do so, you must have played for 50 days and 50 hours so you can sit at your town tree located at your town plaza. Once 50 days and 50 hours has passed/met, you are able to sit on the tree (if you time travel 50 days, it won't count).
The total number of visits is at the end of your town's history.

- Animal Crossing: New Leaf (the basics)
- Internet access (make sure it is strong, but it'll save when the players enter/leave)
- Trust in other people (I know people can take things, but if you are really paranoid, hide it somewhere then)
- Time (make sure you have enough free time [maybe you'll be afk for awhile] to do this. EVEN EDITING YOUR POST HERE.)
