Umm i need help

Proberly a silly question but

I just bought the uk happy home designer 3ds xl which should have the game preinstalled.
I have switched the console on and theres no game and i have no download code in box.

Anyone know where it is?

Did you check the e-shop? Sometimes you just have to download the game from there (it should already be purchased).

I purchased mine from game the XL, it was at the main menu where all the other apps and what not are but I had to scroll all the way through them as it was at the end, not at the front!
