I've found some kind of turnip price chart on a Japanese Animal Crossing blog but it's a little confusing. I know it's a lot of words and info but is there anyone willing to translate it or summarize it into a guide or something?

This wiki page has the same or similar information, I think. It links to the twitter post with the infographic down at the bottom. Google translate's always spotty, but it seems that people believe there is a new factor into turnip prices that was not in previous games. If only I could understand what that was...
