TT warning

I haven't seen it elsewhere but I found out about another bad thing that can happen with time travel, at least short jump ones. Yesterday with my main character it was late and no matter how many scallops i found pascal wouldn't come so I jumped back to before 6 to see if earlier in the day would help (it did). Well that night I had been lucky and managed to wish on 15+ stars, today no star fragments for my character on the beach . So I guess short jumps back erase your wishes. I know its not another glitch because the wishes i made with my secondary character did get me a few fragments.

So just letting people know who TT

Edit: some fragments are now showing up, hadn't experience it taking over an hour to show up the next day, so guess this isn't a TT problem

pascal did show up when I traveled back, its just the late hour I was at before I jumped he just wasn't showing.

from what I read the only TT problems are weeds, your nook miles bonus for using the machine and your friendship level with villagers

also the star fragments are now appearing, i've been playing for over an hour how long does it take for the fragments to show up the next day?

I've had Pascal show up late at night. But he doesn't always show up with your first scallop either. I've heard people complain that he doesn't show up until they've found a lot so it seems to be random when he does.

it is random and I knew that, I jumped for a few reasons, biggest being harder to find scallops at that hour and don't like the night visuals underwater, hard for me to see

star frags get erased if you backtravel, yes. also be careful if you're TTing to farm stars and you finish wishing at 12am the next day to not set your clock incorrectly.

Pascal I don't know anything about, I haven't played the recent patch a ton and diving a lot doesn't really interest me that much unfortunately.

if you're farming for star you have to TT to the following day to collect.

Pascal usually shows up on your first scallop or at most, third. If you are TT'ing to get star fragments, always move the date forward after wishing. Same could be said with other visitors like Gulliver/Gullivarrr. Move forward to the next day to receive the mail.

Yah, TTing usually isn't risky but going back after wishing seems to be one of the few exceptions

You ALWAYS need to TT forward one day first- TTing itself isn't the issue, it's going backwards. I always TT forward pretty much right after finishing all my wishes to make sure I don't forget and make sure I get all those fragments!

The NM bonus gives you 300 when you TT forward, back, and to the real day.
I've done it several times recently since the game went stale and out of sheer boredom.

good advice, sadly i was in a weird situation trapped from going forward due to moving out a villager correctly. I'm still trapped in the past till i can fill then empty plot i have now
