hi everyone ♥

so i've never tt'd before but i've been considering doing so because there are some villagers i'd like to move out soon (and i have like no patience trying to wait it out). so if i tt ahead and the villagers move out, but then tt back in time to the current date (today), will those villagers be gone or still be here?

if anyone could answer this quick question, i'd really appreciate it thanks!

No. If they have already moved then they wont magically come back. ^^

from what i've read online, tt back in time actually counts as tt one day forward, so it's good to keep that in mind ^^

ah yes i was just reading up on that!
so what would that tt one day forward mean exactly (maybe like what are the effects, if any?) :o

like does that 'tt back = 1 tt forward' mess with the game in any way (like the gameplay time for example)?
from what i read, there aren't any serious consqs from tt but it's always nice just to make sure!

It just means like, your shops will be different and stuff. For example, if your shop had a striped couch one day. Then you time traveled forward one day, then back to the original day, the striped couch would not be there, as it would count as a brand new day, not the original day. Does that make sense?

Also, if you were time traveling to get a new villager to move in, then time traveled to the day before they moved, they would be there like normal and wouldn't be in boxes and whatnot.

ah yes, it makes perfect sense! i was just getting a bit confused on what it means for it to count as 1 day.
thanks so much for going into detail ♥
