Trying to upgrade my Train-station!

I want to get the Fairytale train station but you need 100 people to visit you to get one... I will offer festivale feathers, regular peaches, and even a small amount of IGB just for you to stop by my town. And i also have an extra Pave Bed and Pave Clock i will give away.
My rules though are:
Don't leave the train station area. If you leave i will disconnect.
If you try to steal or pull my flowers or cut my trees, I will give you a negative wifi rating and report you.
Just please be nice, I just want my town to look pretty.
