Trying to Catch them All! (157 to go!)

I'm trying to catch all the Pokemon in Pokemon X. I always wanted to catch all the Pokemon in the Pokedex but something always held me back. In Gen 3 (FireRed, Emerald), it was because I didn't own a link cable. In Gens 4 and 5 it was because of the way the DS Wi-Fi connection only accepted WEP. Now I finally am capable of getting them all due to the amazing wi-fi capabilities of the 3DS in conjunction with Pokemon X. I would ask if any of you can help me collect them all. Thanks. I don't want to keep the Pokemon, just to get their Pokedex entries.

Yes it is. Using PokeTransporter, which I am trying to do right now. I have FireRed, Sapphire/Emerald, Pearl, HeartGold and White 2. It's pretty possible. But event Pokemon is what I need help with especially.

I bought a Pokemon White used game. It had a lot of Pokemon so now I only need 157 more.
