Look citizens, upon the highly sought after Lv. 100 Toys R Us Arceus! Many have asked for it, only one shall get. (I don't do that cloning bull) This is the Arceus that unlocks the Sinjoh Ruins event, that allows you to get a Lv. 1 version of Giratina, Dialga or Palkia complete with item!
So the tournament is simple. I have only a few rules.
1. No EV trained Pokemon. Don't fuss at me about this, it ain't happening. Gotta make this fair somehow. If you're doubted by your peers and it turns out you used EV trained Pokemon, you don't get a prize.
2. Most Clauses are in effect:
