Buying Tree's Bounty arch DIY (Maple leaves GET!)

I don't want to have to wait until November to craft this particular DIY as I like to switch out my arches with the change of every season. If anyone has a spare Tree's Bounty arch DIY and/or the 5 maple leaves needed to make it, That would be a great help!

I can pay in IGB, NMT, or TBT (Though I am trying to save up more tbt as I'm running low DX)
