So I have many Pokemon in X that I want to transfer over to AS because I play that game more. But I'm not sure how to do it because I'm not allowed to buy Bank and I have only one 3DS with no friends who own one.

Any ideas?

You could trade them over to a friend, get on your new game and trade them back (like ask someone here).

You could use the GTS- for instance, put up a Poochyena on one game and transfer it to the other. If the Pokemon you're transferring are valuable- then really, no-one's going to take the Poochyena. It's a little time consuming, but it works effectively.

Yeah I was thinking of this too, but yeah unless someone actually wants Poochyena fodder they shouldn't take it.

Hey! That's a good idea! Never thought of that. o: Thank you, I shall try it out!

Best idea is to have a second 3DS and a send game but not everyone has that.

GTS stuff gets sniped easily though, be careful :0

For example, if I want to bring over a Teddiursa, I could ask for a Teddiursa and in return, send a Poochyena. That way if someone snipes me, I'll at least get the Pokemon I wanted and not lose?
As well, is it easy to find my "ad?"

It can be hard to find your stuff, especially for more common pokemon. & Reasonable trades are almost always sniped, in as less as a few seconds if you're unlucky. Poochyena/lowball trades may take a bit more time but there's still the chance it'll get taken.

If you're not that concerned about having that specific pokemon then you should go for it, but for pokemon you don't want to lose I suggest asking someone on the boards to hold them. Imo anyway :)

Yeah sometimes fodder gets traded really fast. But yeah you could ask someone here to hold them for you until you get your new game up and running :) I hope you find a good solution and they make it over somehow :)

Yes- put up a Poochyena on one game and ask for the Pokemon you want transferred over.

It's relatively easy, yes. Because Poochyena isn't that common in X and Y, there's less of them than, say, Zigzagoons.

I'm more than happy to lend a hand. Feel free to hit me up if you need help[last person I helped never did get their pokemon back from me, and I haven't seen them around here for almost a year now either... ah well.]
