Train Station Upgrade! Sort of Giveaway

I have 50 visits so far and would really like to be able to upgrade my station. However, I don't really have a lot of rare items or IGB so I was thinking if I could get 5 people to help me and visit 10 times each I could give away one blue rose for each person? It's the only thing of value I can think of that I have enough of. If anyone is interested in helping me please let me know!

~Normal town rules apply~ (no running, picking up flowers, disappearing, etc.)
