BTB are bell tree bells, they're the bell tree forum's currency! you can see how many you have under your avatar where it says "bells"
You can transfer them to other forum members to buy things by using the "currency" tab on the forum... hope that made sense i'm not good at explaining haha!

I'll sell him for 100 BTB I think!

Edit: ChiiSena542, I don't know because I never saw his home before he moved out (very rushed cycling town haha) but I have retail filled up and the able sisters filled up so I doubt he's changed any of his home or clothes
