Giveaway [Trading] Phoebe the Uchi Phoenix~ (will trade for Greta)

I have Phoebe leaving on the 8th~ Giving her away, if you have room. Looking to get her out of my town ASAP. I did message several people here on the forums already who have her as a dreamie, but looking at all possible offers.

I will also trade for Greta the Snooty Mouse, as long as Greta's house has not been changed much. I have never traded for another villager, but Phoebe is my 10th, so she'd need to leave first, for me to get Greta.

Phoebe's house is missing her Gyroid, red guitar, red flowers, red kettle, 1 of the red couches, and red vase (they've been replaced with other furniture). She's also wearing a Seahawks jersey I made.
