1 ~ trade 1 (ONE) unordable furniture stored in my post office - just ask and I'll let you know if I have it or not.

OR

2 ~ buy any 3 (three) ordable furniture in exchange for it - again ask & I'll see if I possess the items in my kiosk.

OR

3 ~ Name a bell price - I'm willing to pay a fair amount for it.
