Hey everyone, I'm currently looking to sell Julian, but I would much rather trade him for Marina. I'm not sure how often she's available to trade so that's why I set it to sell.

Julian will be in boxes on the 17th, his birthday is the 15th so maybe someone wants him before then.
His house is pretty much still original apart from a couple items he's obtained. He still wears his original shirt.

Feel free to post offers in bells, or if you have Marina for trade please have space to grab Julian first, since he is my 10th villager.

I will decide who gets Julian tomorrow, 3/14, sometime in the evening for EST.
