Right now, I'm gonna be TTing to get his move out date, but Flurry says he's been thinking about moving out. So! Since I know he's second tier, I thought I'd try to hand him off to someone who likes him.
I know he's changed his shirt, I'm not sure about his house because I don't like him and never visit.

Buyout: Sig; 10mil

If someone is able to offer me one of my dreamies, then I will be considering it a buyout.
You will need to take Julian first, because I have ten villagers right now.
Not interested in BTB.

Julian is officially moving out! Had to reset on him a few times to get him to agree to leave.

I'm still on the day the rumor he was gonna move out started, and he's at another villager's house for a birthday party, so I can wait.
