Trading Trading Golden Closet for axes

It seems I am always in need of axes. I would like to trade my golden closet for some axes.
I would like 14 normal axes for the closet.
If you have any silver axes, I will consider them worth four normal axes.
If you can get me a golden axe, I'll give you the closet and 10,000 bells.

If the trade is done in my town, please do not leave the small plaza area right outside the train station.

I'm still getting used to this forum. Items I see as mundane go for thousands of bells. Items I see as incredibly valuable are thrown around like nothing. It seems either golden items are worth less than I thought, or axes are worth more. That, or normal players don't like to hoard axes by the dozen like I do, haha.
As I need axes much more badly than I need this golden closet, I'm lowering the price. I'm not sure how low I'm willing to go. Just post how many axes you're willing to give (assuming someone else out there keeps more than one axe at a time) and I'll... To be honest, I'll probably accept any reasonable offer on the spot.
