I currently have Ribbot in my town and Im planning on asking him to move. I'd like to have a Cranky villager and the 2 I want most are Rasher & Elvis. If you'd like Ribbot I'd be happy to trade with you. If you have Rasher or Elvis but aren't interested in Ribbot, please list which of them you have and what you're asking for them.

If you're not interested in Ribbot I'd like to try to find someone who wants him before moving Rasher or Elvis in. If you'd rather not wait I understand. Thanks!

Uh oh... I just realized I don't know how to ask Ribbot to move so I can ask Elvis to move in. I've only moved villagers out when I've had the amiibo card of the villager I wanted to move in. ��

You can't ask Ribbot to move. You'll just have to wait until he pings you saying he's moving. I'm in no hurry to get Elvis out, so I can wait til you have room for him. I'm going to use an Amiibo card of Punchy to get Elvis into boxes, so I can do it whenever you're ready.

I didn't realize I'd have to wait for him to ping me. That might take a long time. The only 2 who ever tell me they're moving are Ankha & Molly but I don't want them to move so I ask them to stay. I think I'm doing all of this moving villagers in & out wrong.

Try becoming good friends with Ribbot. Talk to him often, send him letters with gifts, do any tasks he asks you to do etc. It always seems to be the animals I'm best buddies with that ask to move.

Thank you for the advice! I normally do those things for all of my villagers but I'll double my efforts with Ribbot. I'll kick him out with kindness!
