Towns in August-February time zone? (Still looking)

I stopped playing animal crossing for awhile around this time zone and missed out on a lot of seasonal bugs and fish ( I'm trying to get all the badges c: ) So it'd be handy if somebody was in this time zone in their game which would save me from possibly loosing villagers and getting weeds if I time travelled. ^^'​

Edit: Looking at my encyclopaedia I also need to visit the September-October months ;~;'' Basically months between September-February.
