Buying Town tune

Hopefully this is the best area to put this; sorry if I'm wrong. Anyway, I recently started a new town and need a town tune to go with it. I really want this song used:

The whole thing's pretty, so I'm not all that picky about what's chosen to be converted. Willing to pay in BTB or IGB and/or RV visits.

Any and all who give me something will be paid, whether I use it or not.
