Town Themes

I made 2 themes so far but have only kept them exclusive to my town
both are similar but opposites

They each contain about 24-28 patterns so if I sold em, I would have to make 3-4 trips
1st the buyer would need to put it in the storage at Mabels
Then the buyer would need to have 3-4 characters to hold the patterns to place in the town
The price=25k per pattern? its about 500k-600k for a whole set

what do you think?

I wouldn't sell them those are really rare and people would just give them to their friends for free.

If you are selling them sell it for 4million.
