Town Themes

So I Am Currently one dreamie away from getting all of them!! (Zell) And I Don't really have A Set Theme for what my town to be and I am kinda stuck with what i want it to be. Does anyone have any good ideas?

A fairy tale theme is an option. What makes it easier is there are a lot of different paths to use along with the option of making your house exterior, town hall and train station the same theme. It's the theme I use for my town, along with the cute and organized nature mixed with it. Try experimenting a little and put two and two together to make blended themes. You could do what I'm doing, which is I already mentioned fairy tale mixed with cute things and nature. For this, I basically just dropped a bunch of organized paths connecting everything like the town hall, camp site, re-tail, etc and placing flowers along the paths in a certain pattern to outline them and to add an accent. Along with that, instead of flowers you could add bushes to for say "special" areas, such at the path leading to the town hall and the mayor's house. For public projects, try sticking with placing them in areas that blend in well with the area. If you want, you can come over to my town any time for inspiration. I'm not that creative with themes, but another example is a japanese style. There are a lot of options in the game that allow amazing japanese styled towns and interiors. I hope this helps 0u0

Well you could try a forest themed town(that's what I'm doing).

The main trees would be cedars, if you're doing pathing I would suggest brown or green hued paths, and the PWPs should be things like the hammock, campsite, wooden police station, and mainly brown or wood-like PWPs.
