town theme ideas

i'm not really sure what i want to do with my town... at first, i wanted to make a very natural forest town, but now i'm not as excited about that idea. my town is named after a plant, so i should still probably include some natural elements so that the name fits. can anyone give me some suggestions?

I really like the idea of a kawaii town theme (pink paths, the playground pwp, etc) I've visted some really cute ones
