• You just registered on the board and had no significant other interaction.
• You had negative feedback in the past.
• I consider your past actions on this thread and/or in my town innappropriate and I DO NOT have to explain myself. You know what you did, deal with it!

Examples : Doing everything EXCEPT getting the villager, asking me to give you money (someone even asked me for real life money), running around like a jerk and wasting my time. You are going to get kicked from my town and you will no longer be able to request villagers. I'm sorry I have to do this but I spend a lot of time doing this FOR FREE!

Make sure you have less than 10 villagers before requesting one.
