Town name help?

Hey everyone. I decided I am very unhappy with how my town has turned out, and am going to restart it. I am having problems thinking of a new town name. I want something "airy" and "free"? I'm not sure how to explain that. Maybe my fellow crossers will understand. If not, I am my own species so..ya know Or perhaps something to do with faeries?
So far the name I have in my head is Holibe (hawl-ah-bee). I'm not quite sure though. Do you have any suggestions?

I took the feather thing literally, and it made me think of Alula (which is part of the wing of some birds). It's Latin, so the plural is Alulae. (It means "winglet.") I don't know, I just thought it sounded pretty.

That means silk. And I thought of the French word for silk, soie (swah). Thank you very much.
