Town ideas?

I post a LOT of thread's selling stuff, giveaway, buying and etc, and I just want to say all of them are closed here, just so people know that I won't reply.

My town is under construction at the minute and it has no paths and I don't want the grass to get deteriorated or anything like that until it's done!

However, this thread will be running until christmas, if anyone has any idea's of what I could do to my town, please post pictures or anything like that, MAYBE post a picture of your town/your favourite parts of it! I promise I won't steal anyones town design but I might take a few idea's from each town

Maybe you could have a flowerbed with the flowers all being the same type, but in two different colours. I've never seen anyone do a flowerbed with only black and white flowers before, so I'm planning on having one in my town (yep, mine's under construction too!). I like to have bushes around the flowerbed (but not surrounding it completely otherwise you wouldn't be able to water the flowers), and to prevent a villager from moving in onto the flowerbed, I like to put a PWP in the middle of it.

An idea I had for my town was: One part of the river is all black, white and grey, sort of depressing. And the other is super happy and colorful!

My town is far from finished but I have a couple of things I like most about my town... (Let's hope these pics work, I've never posted images in a post before )

This is my favourite, it's just outside my train station... I'm only halfway through changing the bushes to a certain type. I actually (Stupidly) placed the bushes first, but luckily the fountain fitted perfectly! XD To the left it goes into a large area surround by bushes, I'm gunna make that a little park when I get the right public work projects suggested... I got the park idea from the Nintendo town >_<

I also have this long walkway, with each fruit either side and street lights down the middle (Its look awesome at night!)

And it ends with a rose archway n_n

Wow, that walkway is really nice! I wish I had enough space in my town for something like that!

All of my villagers are in the same area thanks to plot resetting, so I made a walkway there and there's flower arches on both ends

My town is such a mess at the minute! I don't even know what to do with it! I can't start laying any more paths until my other 2 characters can use the QR machine And in the beginning I had a town with only pink blue and white flowers, and they were all lined up in colour co-ordinated, so I absolutely loved it. My paths were pink and it took forever, however, having only certain coloured restricts you so much and I needed certain coloured villagers, public projects and paths to make everything look good and I kinda got tired of all that, so now I have SO many pink and blue flowers and I need to wait for my villagers to place some random coloured flowers!
