Buying Town help.

Hello
I would like some help with my town design. Re-arranging flowers for hybrids, Trees, bushes and maybe path placement. ( dig holes where I should go)
I am willing to pay up to 1 million bells for this, I have no eye for design so far haha.
Any thing you find can be yours, flowers and fruit. As long as I have the fruit trees it is from. I also have a extra gorgeous bed if wanted.

Sure it isn't very messy, it just doesn't have much flow to me
