Buying Town Flag Design..

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could design a town flag for me in Parfait? and then upload it to a QR code? and ill pay for it?

I would like an Ice Cream Sundae type design.
With the town name Parfait in the top right corner

If anyone could do one for Azalea too that would be fab
So like an Azalea flower, with the town name going up the branch or something idk
