Top 10 Villagers You've NEVER Had

We talk a lot about our favorite villagers of all time, but I want to hear about the top ten villagers you'd be most excited to have in your town-villagers you've never lived with, either in NH or any previous AC title. I guess some might call these "dreamies," but I don't really have dreamies in the sense of planning for a set of ten villagers who all complement each other and live in my town at the same time. But I do have a mental list of some villagers I'd love to have in future towns one day--cool animals I'd be so excited to meet on a mystery island or after I step off the spaceship/hoverboard/whatever that transports me to my new home in Animal Crossing: 2035.

So here's my list, which was very difficult to narrow:

I had SUCH a hard time, but ultimately I stuck to my own rules. So tell me: which ten villagers are at the top of your hope-to-meet-one-day list?

I also included villagers who I had on towns/islands very briefly and did not progress on or deleted. Here's my list:

As much as I want to put Roscoe on this list, he became a resident on my second island about a month ago, so I had to leave him out. In terms of who I may want in the next mainline game, I can easily say that Fauna and Phoebe would probably become residents. Even though Erik is my #1 "never had" villager, he's too similar to Beau in many aspects, and I wouldn't really want both at the same time unless I'm going for a deer-only town (which I'd totally do).

My top ten would be

1. Lolly: I’ve been interested in her since New Leaf but never had her. I love her design because I love tabby cats — two of my late kitties were tabbies and one was a gray tabby. I miss her so much. I do have her amiibo card, but I rather find her island hopping or through the campsite (without scanning a card).

2. Drift: I’ve been interested in Drift since HHD. I love his bright colors and his design. I think he’s adorable. I’d love to have him on my island.

3. Frobert: Same as with Drift, I’ve been interested in him since HHD. I really love his design and I think he’s also very adorable.

4. Rodney: I used to think he’s ugly but thanks to a Rodney appreciation thread, I love him a lot now and would love to have him. He looks especially adorable in an instant muscles suit and the funny glasses .

5. I’m interested in a lot of the squirrels; Tasha is the first one I’d love to have. I like her colors and design; I find her design very unique and adorable’

6. Hornsby: He is one of the few rhinos that I like. I think he is adorable. I don’t have his amiibo card yet.

7. Static: I love villagers that look like they should be a different personality type. I like static’s overall design and his colors too!

8. Cole: There is a character in Dragon Age: Asunder (a novel by David Gaider) and Inquisition whose name was Cole. I’ve been interested in Cole the villager partially for this reason. I’ve moved on from Dragon Age for the most part, but still would love to have him on my island for a bit at least.

9. Purrl: I never was interested in her until very recently. I thought I might eventually like her since I do like that she’s a calico. I like that she’s snooty since my calico is pretty snooty too lol.

In no particular order, these are ten villagers I like a lot that I'm pretty sure I've never had in my town/island:

Yuka- She's my favorite Koala villager, and I'd love to have her in my town/island someday!
Merengue- She really cute, and I love her dessert theme. She's my favorite rhino villager.
Sasha- He's one of the newest villagers, so it makes sense that I haven't had him. That being said, I think he's adorable.
Ione- Like Sasha, she's one of the newest villagers. I love her coloring and starry theme!
Megan- She's not as new as the previous two, but she's still only in New Horizons, so she's pretty new to the series as well. I think she looks like a bear from a cartoon. I really like her design and color scheme
Étoile- I've never had any of the Sanrio villagers, but I really like Étoile. Her pastel color scheme and the flecks of color in her wool are super cute.
Stella- I love the sheep villagers, and Stella looks so sweet and kind with her big blush and little smile.
Katt- She has a truly unique and cool design. Definitely one of my top five favorite cat villagers.
Pango- I like her bold color scheme that utilizes the cool colors: blue, purple, and green. I'm also a big fan of the anteater villagers in general
Bella- I'm not a huge fan of the mouse villagers, but I really like Bella. She has an interesting design for a peppy

I love sheep villagers, and there aren't many villagers in general that I'm pining for. I'm happy with my town and don't want any new animals in it. They may not be the best animals personality wise, but I've had them for so long that I will die for them ong. So yeah, I really want them two, but only as extras to my town, not to replace current ones
