Ladies and gentlemen, Brawlers of all ages, I welcome you to Trela's Official Internet Circuit 2010! This is one of, if not, the most epic Online Circuit you will ever join! With five different Forums entering, a Points System, Prizes, and a huge Ruleset, this is sure to be a very challenging Circuit for everyone!
TOIC 2010 is equivilent to Major League Gaming in most of it's ways, but still holds it's own reputation. You'll have a great time meeting the players this Circuit attracts, and you'll find many opponents to Brawl at the same time! Let's take a look at what this Circuit has to offer now, shall we?

After looking at many different Brawl Communities, these where the ones that were chosen! The players that reside at these Forums have shown to this Circuit their cooperation as Tournament players and organizers. As TOIC 2010 travels around these specific Forums, the players themselves will have to travel with it, as, well. There are many different activities to do on each Forum, so you don't have to make an account in these places exclusively just for this Circuit!
TOIC 2010 has its own Tournament Series to help produce its results for the Points System! TOMB, AKA, Trela's Official Monthly Brawl, will actually happen every month and a half. Below are the dates for the TOMB Series and every Tournament in it:

Every TOMB will have its own separate thread, so if you would like to sign-up for one, hold on and wait for the thread to be made at the site listed!
In TOIC 2010, if you make 1st to 9th place in its Tournaments, you will earn Circuit Points. These points are yours to keep until the end of TOMB 5, which we will then tally up all of your points you've earned. Here's a list of how many points you can earn from 1st to 9th place:
1st - 30
2nd - 20
3rd - 15
4th - 10
5th - 6
7th - 3
9th - 1
Now, the Top 16 with the most points after TOMB 5 will be invited into TOMB 6 over at AllisBrawl and will there compete for the Championship! The Top 6 in TOMB 6 will receive prizes, which are listed in the Prizes Section! Also, it's all right if you happen miss a TOMB or place low in one. Your still elegible to win the Circuit or place high in the end! I wonder who will make it to the Finals...
Below is the Ruleset that covers the TOMB Series and explains how matches will be completed. Listen and read carefully to what it says!
General Rules
Bracket Type: Double Elimination (Winner/Loser Bracket)
Stocks: 3 Stock
Timer: 8 Minutes
Items: None
- All Sets are best out of 3 matches, with the exception of Winner's Finals (WF), Loser's Finals (LF), and Grand Finals (GF), which are best out of 5.
- If the Timer runs out, then the winner is determined first my their Stocks and then by their Percent (%) Damage.
- If a match ends with a character doing a "suicidal" attack (Kirby's Inhale, Wario's Bite, etc.), then the player who initialted the attack wins the match.
- The Ledge Grab Limit is 45 Grabs.
- The winner of the Winner's Bracket must be beaten in two GF Sets by the Loser's Bracket winner, while the Winner's Bracket winner has to beat the other in one GF Set.
Banned Tactics
- Stalling is banned, which is the act of avoiding all conflict on the stage to make the game unplayable. Running away to get to a better position is not Stalling, while Planking with Meta Knight is.
- MK's Infinite Demensional Cape glitch is banned.
