So my brother recently reset his game because he was not happy with his town so he reset it for a new town town. So he found the perfect map for himself and thought wow this is going to be awesome! when he came to village he was so happy because he thought his town was going to be perfect he already known where to put his coffee shop he was all set! Sound good? Will after playing a couple of days a villager named Clyde put his house right on top of the place he wanted to put his coffee shop! When he seen that he almost screamed! Now he has Clyde in his town mocking him forever my brother tried time traveling to get him to move but he just won't go! One day my brother talk to him and he said he is thinking about moving my brother was so happy to hear that so he told him good luck then Clyde said "What you want me to move? You must not know me that much! Thats it the move is off! so you can get to know me better!" My brother almost destroyed his 3DS in anger and ever since then he has never ask to move again!

So I have told you the story should he reset his town to be rid of such a horse? or should he not?

First off, no offense, your brother has some anger issues if he almost destroyed his 3DS because a virtual animal moved in an unfortunate spot. Secondly, animals move. You can literally time travel a month and get an animal to move away within a day (real life day). It's not that hard. It's just time consuming. All animals move out eventually. I had the same problem with Whitney. She moved her house where I was going to put my cafe but she eventually moved out.

EDIT: Also, if an animal denied to move out. You can reset the game and try again until they do agree to move out.

To make Clyde move he just could ignore him, hit him with the net, and whatever makes neighbours angry.

I think he should reset... It's his decission.

Hitting animals with nets and making them sad/angry has absolutely zero effect on making them move out. It's completely random.

He has already tried time traveling Cylide will not move! Oh and the breaking his 3DS thing was a bit of a exaggeration!

It takes time, I suppose. But if he doesn't want to wait, he can restart. It depends on how much work he's completed, though. How far is he into his town? If he's hardly started go ahead and restart, but if he's far I would wait. :)

It's not worth it to reset over Clyde. EVERYONE moves out eventually, unless you say no repeatedly.

Woulda, coulda, shoulda, but what he should have done when the move was called off after being encouraged was to reset the game (turn it off without saving and then launched AC again). The villager still would have had the impetus to move and when encouraged to do so, the villager very well may have taken yes for an answer. That happened to me. My villager wanted to move, and I said okay. She got angry and called off her move so we could work on our friend ship. Well, that was not acceptable to me, so I restarted the game and walked in front of the villager. She approached me and told me of her plans to move. I said okay and she expressed confidence in her decision to move. There's no need to demolish your town just because of this--getting a map that you like is much harder than getting a villager to leave.

It's random. You can't control who decides to consult you on moving out. You need to be lucky. It's doable, but time consuming.
