I have a few items I'd like to sell

I only have a few rules:
1. First come, first serve. I'm not offering reservations on these items because I want to sell these rather quickly. (I plan on opening another sale later on in my other town)
2. I'm only allowing ONE person in my town at a time to simplify things. If you come over when it's not your turn I will flip the wi-fi switch.
3. All transactions will take place in my town, near the Train Station. If you leave the area or try to leave my town before we finish trading, I will flip the wi-fi switch!
