Putin got Person of the Year? More like tyrant of the year... granted I haven't been following Russian politics as fervently as I used to (well, not really fervently, I just kept tabs on what was going on), but he doesn't seem like the best president ever.

The way I see it, he's the best Dictator in Russia and USSR history. He will be prime minister soon actually.
