FrankenBerry Thought it would be an awesome idea to make an area for TTers to discuss their progress in the game as well as have just general discussion! Apparently there are other sites doing this and I think it is an awesome idea too!

Please be respectful and kind! This is not a thread to debate TT, but an area for TTers to gather and talk about the game!

Omg ty!!! It's no where near complete though I still have to.move ALL of my villager homes and add in basically everything everywhere lol!!!

I often start my AC games about 10 to 15 days behind, then TT forward to "catch up." By doing this, I find that I don't become fixed in TT constantly and I get to enjoy each game with more of what I want to see and use.

I agree with the general consensus here though: play how you want and don't judge anyone.

oh my god this is such a creative idea, your map looks cute! i love seeing everyone's developed towns, it's so cool seeing what u can do with terraforming!

I won't be TTing in this game but since I personally don't mind spoilers I'm really excited for this thread, it's gonna be fun looking through here occasionally seeing y'all build your towns so fast! : D I'm currently still waiting for inspiration to hit me before going hard on decorating and building my town, and it's gonna be a while til then anyway. Maybe this thread will even be of some inspiration to me!

also can i just say that shaping your landscape to fit your theme with the teacup is absolutely brilliant?? that's so cute beyond comprehension!!

You can just keep going forward and back a month when your bank is a high enough balance and get 99k bells. Takes about 10mins to get 1mil, lol.

But I did reach my bell saving goal so now I mainly time travel to move villagers out and so I don’t have to wait for upgrades.

i've only been tting a little - i decided to tt to get upgrades like resident services, able sisters etc but in the last few days i've just been taking it day by day. i'm super excited to get to a point where i'm able to terraform - there's so much potential for designing your island !! though atm i'm worried because my placement of things has been so sporadic that i know i'm going to spend a fortune rearranging them later. oops!

I'm always scared to do this and have someone move out randomly, way too many weeds again, or some other third thing. ; u;.... Honestly didn't think anyone did that much TTing just yet o: I used to do it back in WW/CF and completely forgot about the interest system I also used to TT just for all of the zodiac animals lol but that really messed with my town going month to month like that trying to get bells and zodiac animals o uo;

It looks like one of those towns that people designed when the Direct came out, but this is the first I've seen someone do it in game, it must've taken ages?

It took a good 2-3 days on nonstop playing, was absolute torture lol
Originally I did not think I would have to move the Able sisters or museum right away but it became an issue once I went to do the right side of the teacup. :c So I had to pause my progress a lot to get enough money to move things around. I also had to do a LOT of prep work and rough sketches to see where everything should lay and there were about 2 other different renditions before I finally finished it.

Eventually I am going to move every single villager off of the shore line (I put them there in anticipation of doing a LOT of terraforming) but... have no idea what I want to do with them yet so it'll probably be a while until then lol!
