Time Travel Question

So...I'm a little confused still about time travel and I tried to google this but I can't really find a definitive answer -- Say my town is one day "ahead" of what day it really is ( i.e. if today is the 12th, my town is on the 13th) - will this have any influence over my trades or interactions with other players?

Sorry if this is extremely newbish x_X I'm so confused lol

Other than the day being different..... It shouldn't effect your town or any trades with people.

No, it wouldn't have any effect at all. Except some people might not trade with you, because I've seen some people who hate being in towns that are ahead or behind the actual time and date.

Hmm..Interesting. I haven't actually changed the time yet - I'll probably keep it accurate, I just wanted to know if for some reason I wanted to move ahead a day or so Thank you all for your prompt replies!
